Welcome To Las Palmas Tower: Coronado Shores #3. Las Palmas Tower was the third of ten high-rise luxury condominium towers built in the Coronado Shores complex. Las Palmas has 150 individually and privately owned condominium units ranging from one to three bedrooms. All have wonderful views of San Diego Bay, the Pacific Ocean or a combination of both. The Tower was occupied and turned over to the owners on February 21, 1973. An elected Board of Directors governs the affairs of the building. Management and staff employed by the building implements and enforces their rules and regulations. Because of the high density occupation of the building and the high standard of excellence both in appearance and atmosphere, it is essential to establish rules and regulations. These rules and regulations are established by the Board of Directors to enhance your living experience at Las Palmas Tower.
